ORA-01013 : Timout JDBC

I have a JDBC Connection to an oracle 11 database that will turn off after ten minutes (ORA-01013).

A modified de "Pool Timout" parameters without success.

I don't understand.

BO XI R3 (Linux)

Oracle 11

Oracle JDBC Driver (THIN)

I only have this problem with BO, a java program with JDBC connection works fine.

Please help me.

I have always the same error : ORA-01013

I don't use Crystal Report, only WEBI.

I uncheck the 'Limit execution time to '' checkbox.

Please help...

Hi,

If you are using

- crystal report 2008,

1. backup and then vi $BOBJEDIR/java/CRConfig.xml,
2. locate <timeout>10</timeout> and extend 10 to 60 minutes or any number to meet your business needs,
3. save it and restart BOXI3.1 Crystal Report Processing Server and RAS.

- Webi/Deski with a universe and a relational database connection/JDBC.

1. Launch designer to open that universe using the Oracle JDBC connection,
2. uncheck the "Limit execution time to:" checkbox.  The default is 10 minutes.
3. save and export back to repository.
