How end users access Analysis for Office workbook by one click

Hi expert,

I am new to BOBJ -Analysis for Office but have been BW developer over many years. I created some Analysis for Office workworks and saved them to Netweaver platform. They work fine. However I don't like to way we open them, I think there are too many steps for users. First they have to open the Analysis for Office and find the the workbooks by roles and then open them.

What we prefer is single click for users to open the workbooks that are saved to Netweaver platform. We don't have BW on SSO. Backed to the old Bex Anlayzer workbook. we built webpages to link the workbooks. Users click the web link, enter their id/pw and open the workbook.

Are there any ways we can do so users can open the Analysis for Office workbook by one click?

Any advice and suggestion are welcomed.

Hi Jun,

But my understand I believe that the best way to do it is to create a iview on your java portal as described on SAP note 1929901.

Hi Diego,

We don't have portal for BW/BO. So this is not going to work for us.

What's other alternatives?
