Issue with PR date of creation in shopping cart

Dear Experts,

We are in Classic Scenario SRM 7.02.

For a particular product category the date of the creation in PR is appearing as shopping cart creation date instead of correct date.

Please suggest.

Hi Abhishek,

Let me understand your issue.

Hope you are expecting that the PR created date should be same as approved date (because the follow on document is created, when the SC gets approved). This happens in standard. But in your system, for a particular product category, the system is taking "PR created date" as "SC created date" instead of "SC approved date" (assuming SC is getting approved at a later date).

If I have understood your issue correctly, I suspect it would be due to some custom coding.

Can you check what happens if you transfer the SC using FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER?

Hi,

The issue is only with shopping carts for which Info records exists in ECC.

Please suggest why PR creation date is appearing as SC creation date instead of last approval date.

Hi,

You may need to debug and find out. You can put the RFC user into dialog mode and debug FM  BBP_INTERPRETE_DATA in ECC... because the PR creation will trigger from here.
