Export from MIRO screen

Hi,

I have a requirement of extracting data from the item level detail of the MIRO screen. The data from the already posted invoices can be easily extracted from the tables. The requirement is while entering the details in the miro screen, in the line item area there is some inconsistency with the price so i want to extract it and analyze it in the excel sheet. Please note that the invoice is not posted yet.

Please assist.

Click on the first field then press keyboard key Ctrl+Y, then select the all value and then press Ctrl+C and go to excel and press Ctrl+V.

You can use the control Y option to copy the values for selected columns.

Hi,

   There is no direct extract option in MIRO. You may check the following option:

   Use the hold option in MIRO, as shown below.

    You can hold the invoice even if there are some error and the document will be saved in held status (No accounting doc will be generated) and you can extract the details from table level (RBKP and RSEG tables).

    When you want to post the document, go to MIR4 and open the invoice, go to menu - edit - change. Here, you can change and post the invoice.
