MS Analysis 1.4.7 - Workbook Does Not Open from BI

I have an Analysis Office work book based on BW Query. Created the workboook and saved to BI platform

Now I am unable to open the workbookfrom BI launchpad. Whenever i clicks, it saves to local and not able to open it simple throws error

We are using:

Analysis Office 1.4.7

BW 7.01

After adding the tomcat server name  to the server.xml file on tomcat servers

proxyName="bi-dev.companyname.net" proxyPort="443" and restarting the

Tomcat servers, we are able to download the excel directly from BI launch pad.

This is because of proxy that is stopping to download

Hi - which version of BI platform are you using?

Could you also please apply the SP8 patch for Analysis Office?  Latest version is 1.4.8

We are on BI 4.1 Sp3 Patch2

Windowns 2008 R2

We have received 1.4.7 last month only from SAP and this is working fine on other environment (41) without any issues.

I'm facing on our new environment (400)whcih is kind of replica for 41.

All the settings on 400 is same as 41 server

Hi,

Check the add-in is enabled in excel. If you could also attach the log file

Already attached the log files on my post.

No issue with Add-in. That is running fine while trying to open.
