We have reached the maximum limit of 10 users for our sap cps 8.0 free license. we tried deleting some of the users and tried creating a generic user, but it still complains user limit 10 reached. Please advise..
Restarting the j2ee engine fixed the issue. was able to disable the users and import new users after the restart. feel the disabling and removing users from isolation group din;t get updated for some reason earlier..
