Dear All,

We are getting an error in Indexing Monitor.

On clicking on the link "Read More" the below screen is getting displayed.

On clicking on the link - "SearchId" the below screen is getting displayed.

In Edit Queue parameters also the index id in red status - SearchID is not coming in the drop down list.

Please help.

Kind Regards,

Jelbin

It looks like the queue is corrupt.  I would recommend deleting the queue and recreating it.  You can do this in the queue admin area of the TREX admin console.

Hello Duncan,

Thanks for the reply.

Can I do the same from

System Administration > System Configuration > Knowledge Management > Index Administration

We have around 7400 documents to be indexed. The indexing seems to be very slow. Is there any reason for slow indexing?

Hi jelbin,

If you see the delete and create option when visiting the queue section of System Administration > System Configuration > Knowledge Management > Index Administration you can do the task there.  The advantage to using the TREX admin console is the removal of a layer of abstraction.

If the queue is corrupt it could lead to slow indexing.

Hello Duncan,

Thank you very much. The Server team has agreed to do it from TREX admin console.

Will surely let you know the results.

Kind Regards,

Jelbin
