SuccessFactors SAP HCM Certification

Hello Team,

I would like to ask about SAP HCM Certification map.

Let me to introduce my background, i have the list below of certification from Successfactors as implemntation cosulatnt:

1. Introduction to SF HCM Academy.

2. SF PM GM Academy.

3. SF Succession Academy

4. SF Recruiting Management Academy

5. SF Recruiting Marketing Academy

6. SF Onboarding Academy

Actually i am planning to take exam on SAP HCM Certification, I need this certification or the certifications i have from SF it's enough to complete my career in SAP HCM, as you know SF product from SAP.

Actually I need full information regrading to HCM certification and how i can complete my career on this.

Actually i am already certified from SF but nor for all modules. then what i understood no need go back to SAP HCM and prepare for certification. if i complete in SF one day i will be as SAP HCM certification, this is right?

Also from your experience along with SF what i can learn something new from SAP product may can help me to achieve our my goal to come HCM consultant in one day.

Hi Abedalqader,

If you work in SuccessFactors you will probably never work with SAP ERP HCM again. It is still possible, but SuccessFactors is a massively growing area.
