I think your question is very unclear. I don't really understand what you mean.
There might be product partner ranges to store the information a customer e.g. a supermarket is normally buying. There might also be sales order where you see which products were actually bought in the past. And there are activity journals where you see which products were discussed with the customer by the sales reps during their visits.
