Usage of Notes and Attachments together

Dear Experts,

Implementing SAP CRM7 Service for a call center scenario, we have an issue concerning the usage of the block Attachment and Notes.

Indeed in standard SAP, it seems there is no link between both assignment blocks (Notes and Attachment). However, most of the time, a text entered in the Notes view will go with an attachnement that will be in a separate standard block.

My question is : Do you know if there is any standard way to link both of those blocks? When a user enters a text, how can he add an attachment that will then be linked to the Notes he wrote?

Any tips will be appreciated.

Hello,

To my knowledge, no such functionnality exist in standard SAP CRM.

Notes and attachments are two objects with no links between them.
