Hi,
I have issues as follows and seek your help:
# 1 We have Accounting Clerk in A/R - to be sync as Collection Specialist in BP Master
# 2 And Contact Person (at Customer) in SD - to be sync as Contact in BP Master
Till now:
Didn't do anything about # 1
Sync (Creation and Changes in Customer reflected in BP real-time) is all working fine, except there is absolutely no data of Contact Customer in BP.
Would you guide to this, especially # 2.
Thanks in advance,
Yash
Yash,
The program MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT tranfers informations from bp to customer and customer to bp. Check if can help you.

You dont need to have the customer contact linked to the BP.
From Collections Management - you can select the customer contact.

Thanks Mark,
When we are replicating Customers as BPs, its failing as there is data in Contact Person at Customer (XD03 - General Area data). If there is no Contact Person at Customer - its working fine (Create/Change for direction ECC-Customer --> BP-Customer
I maintained:
Ext Number Range - assigned to BP-Customer (so BP-Customer# is same as ECC-Customer# for all Account Groups used)
Int Number Range - for BP-Contact Person (NOT YET ASSIGNED - don't know how to make a grouping for Contact Person and assign this number range)
Int Number Range - for BP Relationship (between BP-Customer & BP-Contact Person)
om B
PRESENTLY:
1. A Customer (without any Contact Person) created with Internal Number Range in ECC automatically creates a BP FSCM (with same number as of Customer - as Number Range for BP-Customer is External).
2. Changes made in above created Customers are automatically reflected in BP.
In FSCM Worklist, this BP shows no Contact Person.
3. Above is all in Sandbox where we replicated (through Program all Customers as BPs - but at that time didn't notice that some failed as there was a Contact Person).
4. So, Sync of ECC-Customer to BP-Customer is working fine).
5. In QA (copy of Prod) it fails as there are Contact Persons assigned to each Customer.
AND CLIENT IS NOT HAPPY TO SEE THIS FAILURE AND REQUIREMENT IS:ra
Automatically Create BP-Contact Person when creating a ECC-Contact Person (in Customer Master Data)
Link it to BP-Customer that is created from ECC-Customer.
All is required as MD Synchronization
Dear Mark, I understnad you to be a Guru in FSCM.
Please help with step-by-step solution - its important for me and raising questions about my capabilities.
OTHER GURUS are also WELCOME
Thanks in advance,,
Yash
Hi Yash,
1. Accounting Clerk as a collection Specialist :
a. Define the collection group and assign the accounting Clerk as a specialist in the collection group . Transaction : UDM_GROUP
b. Assign collection group to the collection segment . Transaction: UDM_GROUP2SGMT
c. Create BP with the required roles like : FLCU00 ( Customer ) , 0000000(General BP ) , UDM000 ( COLLECTION MANAGEMENT )
d. under role : UDM000 -> collection profile tab -> Enter the collection profile defined , the collection group & the collection specialist ( accounting clerk in your case.

Pallavi

Hi Mr.Rai,
Just an input. The contact person in BP will reflect only in new orders and not existing orders. Was that verified?

Vijay

Have you done any configuration for master data sync?
