Hi Experts,
Could you please let me know that is it necessary to use Talent review Meeting functionality with Talent Assessment?
If Performance value come from PMS, Potential from Talent Assessment and 9-Box calibration will be done in Talent Assessment part, if it goes this way do I need Talent Review Meetings or it is optional?What can be the impact if Talent review meeting is not used?
Please share expert opinions on this and suggest if I need to do any change in the process.

Hi Neha,
it is not recommended to use talent review meeting but it is a good choice to use this functionality. 9 box grid is available in Talent Assessment. But you will only see employees which are subordinates to the manager who calls the talent assessment application.
In Talent Review meeting you can assign employees from different org units and all over your company.
The talent assessment is an application which is used by the manager.
The talent review meeting is used by the talent management specialist to prepare and conduct a meeting with managers and HR staff.
