Hello all,
I have recently configured BP cleansing in CRM which is working as expected in CRM marketing and Sales business role.
1. User can see all potential duplicates in dialog box
2. Can merge duplicate under one master and their transactional data within a cleansing case.
PROBLEM
What I am not able to achieve is to populate same duplicate dialog box for IC agent role.
Dose any one has any clue why it is happening?

eyeball Account identification profile, you should see a setting for it...
