Missing context menu in Content Management after upgrade

Hi all,

We recently upgraded our portal to NW 7.4.

In the new portal, we no longer have access to the context menu when we go into Content Management. Please see the screenshots below

Old Portal (NW 7.0)

New Portal (NW 7.4)

I tried to search for related threads and tried to make changes in the Layout Sets, Resource Renderers but nothing shows up.

Maybe I'm missing some settings or changing the wrong things.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: with the help of SAP Support, the issue is resolved by applying SAP Note 1921618.
