Request processing error

Hi All,

When i run the objects in query browser i am getting error "request processing failed xls 000009" see your business objects administrator.as well as when i preview the dashboard click the refresh query button also i am getting same error.

working on top of Bex queries.

version 4.1

if any one can help me on this.

Hello,

Could you please provide some screenshots of the error, as XLS 000009 error is pretty generic error and almost all errors messages mention XLS 000009 and request processing failed.

Hi,

If you are using Structure in your Query as per note 1974638, It is mandatory to add the row structure in your query in Dashboards.

Else try to check by restart Dashboard Processing and Cache Servers.
