Notification: Application Withdrawn in Erecruitment

Hi Experts

When candidate withdrawn their application via E-Recruitment, the name of position withdrawn is not stated.

Need to amend the smartform right?

What's the smartform name for Notification: Application Withdrawn in Erecruitment? Where can I find them?

Pls advise. Pls help

If I create a customized workflow, how to link the customized workflow to the E-recruitment portal(when candidate withdraws the application, system will trigger the customized workflow)?

Hi TCL,

your Workflow consultant knows how to link it (TC SWETYPV).

If you want to link the position name into the WF, I'd prefer using the Requisition header (HRP5125) instead of any field from HRP1000.

In the SWDD's workflow, "Application Withdrawn" is a Send Email step type.

How to edit it using smartform?

Hi TCL,

you either use a custom version of WF WS51900010 and create a delegation object ERC_CDCY and insert a copy of task TS51900027 into it or you have a create an activity in the WF, where you SF is attached.

I would recommend the first version. Why you want a SForm?

When candidate click Withdraw in the Application, our recruiter will receive an email from the system. But the system does not show the name of position withdrawn/ job withdrawn.

In SOST, the Doc. Title is "Notification: Application Withdrawn". How to find the smartform for this email?

That's probably coming from the workflow, so I would check that in transaction SWDD.

Hello CL T,

You can check all the standard smart forms by following below path in customizing:

SAP E-Recruiting -> Applicant Tracking -> Activities -> Correspondence -> Create Letter Templates -> Assign Forms to Activity Types

There is a forms columns where you can do F4 to see all the available forms.
