Hi,
As per my knowledge there is no standard Adapter object to download text object / Text ID from R3 to CRM. There is one Adapter object i.e. CRM_DNL_TTXID but it is for CRM to CDB.
There is one report "RSTXSCRP" which is used for importing / exporting Text ID, you can refer this.
