Hello Guys,
We have requirement to show duplicate contacts in target group. In standard target group system provided No duplicates allowed. because of this system seems to be filtering duplicate records. Is there any why to allow duplicates in target group?
Thanks
Narayan kumar
Hi Narayan,
Yes you can add Duplicate Contacts in Target Group. It depends on the Data Source & Attribute List you have created for the Segmenation.
If you check the TG Item Node in SEGED_HV, it has two fields one is Business Partner & another is Related Business Partner. So to have duplicate Contacts you have to have the Related BP ID (RELATED_MEMBER_ID of Context node TARGETGROUPITEM), this is nothing but the Entity Org of the Contact. If you can populate the Entity Org in TG for Contacts persons, then duplicate Contacts come in TG with thier Different Entity Org.
So now to have Entity Org of the Contact person in TG, you have to have both Business Partner field & Related Business Partner field to be populated in Data Source.. Business Partner field is Contact Person & Related is the Entity Org.
This way you can get duplicate conatcts in TG.
Hope it helps, please let us know if it works.
Thanks.
Arnab

Hi Narayan,
It is possible to have duplicate records in Target group.
Target groups are created using segmentation where rules are sets using attribute list.
System set filtering on the basis of filter , which are set for attributes. Filter can be set in this way so that duplicate values are possible.
