No "Listen" button in Online Monitoring on some calls

Hi all,

Has anyone come across an issue when all call recordings are present in folder on disk, but some don't have "Listen" button in Online Monitoring App (see attached screenshot) ?

Appreciate any inputs. Thanks!

Does the user have appropriate rights to all those recordings?

Please review Listening to Recorded Calls and Access Types.

Can you listen to those calls via CDT History (/search)?
