Regular Rate of Pay through Function RGRTE

Hi All,

I have a query related to Function RGRTE.

While calculating regular rate of Pay, we want a particular wage type to contribute to Regular rate. I changed the WT PCL 85 to 1.

However, the WT is still not considered for Regular Rate of Pay calculation.

I checked the code for the function with a technical guy and found that the WT with Variable assignment type W is only considered for calculating regular rate of Pay.

Variable assignment type for my WT is not W.

We want the WT amount to be considered for the rate calculation.

Request your help here.

Many Thanks

Ganesh

Hi Ganesh,

Please check if validity for WT is set-up correctly when marking for PCL 85 specification and also in payroll period if it is being read in a correct work week in which employee is paid from function P2010.

Also, check characteristics of wage type if you are passing either number of hours or amount or both in wage type.

Thanks,

Ameet
