Admin Console

Hi experts.

I can not open the Admin Console correctly.

Takes about 8-15 minutes to perform step 10 (Create database schema and chack Application server collation). And when opened, only shows an empty window.

This happens only in some PCs and productive environment.

If I want to enter the development environment I can do it without problems.

I am using BPC 7.5 - MS - SP04.

I leave attached a screenshot of the error.

Hi Pablo,

have you checked the admin diagnostic on these machines to see if they have some issue?

Have you verified that all sw versions are ok for BPC 7.5 - SP04?

If ok then probably admin console is not installed correctly on these machines, try to uninstall and reinstall there the admin console after deleting PC_MS folder.

Yes, I ran the diagnostic admin, but I appeared everything was ok.

Yes, in fact, this problem is random within the same client computer. Sometimes it starts normally, and others may have to comment above. 

If ok then probably admin console is not installed correctly on these machines, try to uninstall and reinstall there the admin console after deleting PC_MS folder.

Admin Console and was reinstated in the clients affected, without getting any change. 
What is not clear the probe is PC_MS folder after uninstall. I will try this last and posting the result.
