As far as I can see I_SCHEMA_NAME was introduced with OSS note 1732117 in SAP_BASIS 731. So maybe that's the note you were looking for... but without further information about your system patch level it's impossible to tell.
I just kept on digging a little further: and it seems that there are compatibility issues between TREX 700 and ABAP 7.3x. So the following note should be implemented to fix import/export parameters. I would definitely give it a try: 1764680 - RFC problem when ABAP 7.3x is connected to a TREX 7.00
