Hi Moye,
Where are you getting his above shown error ?
Please refer below note and see if this works.
2000132 - Configuring RFC connections to the SAPNet R/3 front end (OSS) correctly
500235 - Network Diagnosis with NIPING
Also, check host and services file.

Moye,
Try to update the router string in Service market Place
Steps:
1Login SMP
2.Click on connect to SAP
3.Select Maitain connecton
3.And select any of the system from your landscape and there you see the router string as follows
/H/<Your system IP address where the SAP router is installed on your llandscape>/S/3299
4.Then try to click on Connect button..
It should work!!
Thanks

Hello Moye,
I am not sure if your problem is resolved.
Test 1 :
Have you checked the ABAP RFC connection in SM59 for destination SAPOSS ?
There should be 2 entries in your saprouter for incoming and outcoming connections. If both entries are set, SM59 ABAP RFC should work.
This could be 1st test that packets are getting exchanged with SAP's router (sapservxx).
Test 2 :
Perform a ping test from your router server to SAProuter 194.39.131.34 and 'telnet 194.39.131.34 3299'.

Hi,
Thanks all for helpful answers! After all- our infrastructure department did some changes.
We got reply from SAP on our oss, and it turns out that they could remotely access the system, but the ping packets were blocked.
Here's the reply from SAP:
Explanation
sapserv2 is sending every 2 minutes a ping (ICMP) packet to your
SAProuter. If we are not getting a reply
from your side, because your Firewall is blocking ping packets, the
SAProuter status message
<host did not respond x times>
is displayed in the SAP Service Marketplace.
As long as we can reach your SAProuter process on port 3299 the
access (remote connection) to your systems is normally possible.
Solution
You can ask your firewall administrator whether he can open ICMP for
the connection from sapserv2 (194.39.131.34) to your SAProuter.
Please verify, if your firewall has been released to allow the
following access rules (see note 48243).
194.248.14.103 -> 194.39.131.34:icmp (echo-reply, type 0)
194.39.131.34 -> 194.248.14.103:icmp (echo-request, type 😎

Hi Moye
Yes, your infrastructure team is correct, no changes at your end.
There were some changes happened at SAP AG's end for OSS1 server/connection details. SAP documented this changes under OSS Note 2000132 - Configuring RFC connections to the SAPNet R/3 front end (OSS) correctly
i.e. your configured OSS1 server details are incorrect, (but sap says still it should work but not necessary always...)
oss001.wdf.sap-ag.de
It should be oss001.wdf.sap.corp, refer this note and follow the instruction & should be resolved.
Also note there is "No changes are required" at SAPROUTER level...
Once done, update and mark this thread about the status.
regards
Swami
