Company acquires  listed shares from the Broker like JP Morgan etc not from the listed company and not from the Stock Exchange like London Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange.

In the above case, who is my business partner

Hi Krishna

If you buy Shares at the Broker the Broker is your counterparty. The Shares which you define in FWZZ is the equity to be posted.
