Unable to view graphical modeller screen in webui

Hi Guys,

I am trying to execute segmentation model  in SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3 web ui screen.When I click on graphical modeller I see the following error.

When I click on Error.Click for details

I get the following message.

Point #9 of OSS note 1359890 and note 1161753 have been applied.But I still cannot see the graphical modeller.Pls suggest

Hi Jayalaxmi,

Can you try in a different browser and try opening the Graphic Modeler Screen ?

I have searched Service Marketplace and find the following Notes. Can you check them in you server which ones are applicable.

Hi Jaya,

Please try to install Java version (with 32 bit), if you've installed 64 bit.
