Hi All,
We are having 4 pernr's for the same user but among the 4 pernr's one is active ,others are in withdrawn status and the withdrawn pernr's are interlinked with each other through a common CP id whereas the active pernr is linked with a different CP id. Kindly provide us some solution to link all the pernr's under a common CP id.
Thanks in advance...!!!
Regards,
Sakthi
As this is automatically generated, how did this go out of sync in the first place?
Also, is it only this one employee that is incorrect or do you have many such examples?
Try this;
To change the Person ID of a PERNR (of course no std way) you can perform
following steps :
Step 1. Change the relation 209 between CP and Pernr in IT1001
a. Change the relationship characteristics first to maintainable - table
T777E
b. use Tcode PP01 to assign CP-P relations (delete the exisiting CP-P
relations and attach P to old home pernr CP)
c. change back the config of T777E
Step 2. Change infotype 709 record to maintain the CP id as desired for the
PERNR.

Hi Glen,
Thanks for your answer. Now we are planning to delete the CP id of active pernr and link the active pernr to the CP id of withdrawn pernr's, so that we can make all the pernr's link under a common CP id.
Will let you know whether it is working successful or not.
Thanks & Regards,
Sakthi
