Hi everyone,

We have a couple of dashboards in the below environment.

BO version : BI 4.1 SP04

database : MSAS 2012 (cubes)

universe :IDT universe using the XMLA connectivity

Now when refreshing the dashboard we are facing the below issue intermittently . Please help us.

Hi Arun,

Thanks for your reply. The authentication mode is windows AD and the IIS version is 7. When we open the dashboard we are able to refresh it with out any issue. After some time we are getting the pop up message

This is no consistency for the message to pop up . Some times it pop up very quickly and some times it appears after playing with it for 5 to 10 minutes.

We increased the timeout settings from SSAS as well as from Business objects side. But still the pop up is coming.

Hi Pavan,

Can you try this with a new  OLAP connection. Check if you get the same behavior.

Are you getting any error when you are creating a Webi report based on the same universe in the BI launchpad?

Thinking a aloud, check the pool timeout in IDT.
