Hello,
We have deployed our development environment and using UI component workbench with the component SRQM_INCIDENT_H with specific enhancement, the configuration button for the standard view is missing.
Indeed, for view SRQM_INCIDENT_H/IncidentOV, the only customizing possible is Available Assignment Blocks/Displayed Assignment Blocks as shown in the picture below :
In our sandbox environment, the same view shows the configuration button below:
Is there some customizing to enable the view of button configuration?
OSS Notes 1890070 and 1919103 are not considered to be implemented in our system as they are not relevant for our higher SP.

Hello Anais,
This feature is switch dependant.
Can you check that switch CRM_ITSM is active in both environment (transaction SFW5) ?
Maybe the switch was activated in the sandbox environment, but not in the development environment (just a guess ...).

Hi Anais,
In general system configuration will display two columns Avaiable Assignment blocks and Display assignments for an overview page.
If you want to add any new assignment by clicking edit you can move the assignment block from available list to display list.
