How to add csv extension in output format for sap document

I am trying to add csv extension format in output format for sap document in scot in ECC 6.0. but its not working .

please help me.

Hi,

Scot is the transaction where you will configure email and other communication like fax , sms etc for SAP. If you want to send the documents in specific format e.g. in .csv format then kindly check the specific report program which is generating this documents and change the format there.

add a Conversion-rule (transaction SCOT like this:

• CSV CSV 1 SX_OBJECT_CONVERT_TXT_INT
