What is the best way to identify the as-is situation in your system before an LT project?

Have you used LT Analysis? Were they helpful in creating mapping for conversion?

Hi Vidya,

to answer your question - yes, the Analysis is very helpful.

The deployed document helps customer to estimate the planned transformation, as well it helps to mind the project team.

So using this as a scoping document I´ll would work with it.
