Restriction for transaction PA30

Dears,

          Good Day

          i asked about the possibility to control the view of personnel in screen pa30

          depending on the personnel sub area of logged user

          EX. if the user (HR specialist) belongs to sub area 'X' , all employee apear on pa30 screen must belong to sub area 'X' else (authorization level)

Hi Amin,

The answer is inside your question - your business request can be achieved by SAP authorizations. You have several possibilities:

• If your Organizational Key field in Infotype 0001 consists of the Personnel Sub-Area, then you may use the P_ORGIN authorization object.
• Otherwise, you can use a custom authorization object.

Hi,

In addition. through Authorization object P_ORGIN there is field org key, and ask User to maintain the Org key as Personnel sub area and assign with P_ORGIN object.

This may be one of possible solution. However Org. Key should not be used for any other purpose.
