There is no approval button for role owner to approve role IN BRM

Hi Colleagues ,

Can you please help me with the issue .

I have created the role and everything was fine . If  I see the status , the role was pending with the approval from Role owner.

So I logged in as role owner to approve the role but I was not able to find the approval tab in the workinbox to approve

Can any please check. I have assigned the correct role for the user

additionally to what Sriram has mentioned also check the authorization. See also note 1750067.

Hi Raghavendra,

Please follow the below steps to sort it out.

.1. Go to Search Request and check the whether the request status is complete or still in pending or error.

2. If it is pending then check the task settings in MSMP Role approver process ID whether the approve is checked. see below screen print

3. If every thing is OK, check whether the approve is provided with approver role & Role owner role and also he should also be marked as role content approver.
