Error. FGV002. After Investment support measure setting.

Hi, Experts.

I got a error message FGV002 that said "Fiscal year variant K4 isn't maintained for calender year 0001."

After setting IMG for investment support measure, tcode AS01, AS02 and AS03 doesn't work with error message FGV002.

There isn't any error in DEV environment. only popped it in product.

The fiscal year variant K4 is set up as year independent.

I've already checked OB29 (I wonder what I have to change exactly. there's no problem before setting for Investment support measure)

I don't know this error related with investment support measure setting or not.

For setting investment support measure, I created depreciation area 51 (OADB) and checked V in real dep area check box.

When I unchecked in real dep area, AS01, AS02 and AS03 transaction work fine but AFAB transaction doesn't work.

On the contrary to this, when I checked V in real dep area, AFAB work fine but AS01 doesn't work with error.FGV002.

Pls, give me advice. thanks.

Hi Chun-Woo,

Fiscal year variant K4 is a calendar year variant. So tick calendar year check box in OB29. If you want to use your own year variant then clone K4 or other standard variant and assign Periods in Fiscal year variants of OB29.

Fiscal year variant K4 has been ticked in calender year check box from the first.

Despite of same IMG setting and same FY variant, tcode AS01 work well in DEV environment.

Only it's problem in product.

so, Could you explain more detail if I miss something ?

Hi,

Have you assigned "K4" in OBY6 and OB37 for your company code?

If yes, then the error could be in transport requests, so create a new transport request and release it to Production client.

Thanks for ur all advice.

I solved this issue.

The problems are fiscal year change (AJRW) and year end closing (AJAB).

I made a new depreciation area 51 for investment support measure.

After closing FY 2013 and opening 2014 to post asset for a new dep area 51,

I could run AS01 transaction.
