Browser Compatibility issue for ESS

Hi,

We are facing an issue with browsers where the users are unable to run the portal on  latest Mozilla & IE 9 & 10 on windows 7 & 8. We are on EHP5 and software component EA-HR release 605 level 38 and NW7.31. Kindly let me know if any Note available. Response will be appreciated.

Hi Venkat,

For browser compatibility, please check PAM available in Service Market Place.

Search for your Netweaver version. In your case, it is SAP EHP1 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7.3.

Then click on the Technical Release Information tab and choose Web Browser Platforms.

Please find below the PAM link. In order to access this link, you will require S-UserId.

Thanks for the reply. I have gone through the link provided, but i am confused to select the product instance. Do i need to select HCM or any other for ESS. Kindly Let me know.

Please select EP Core - Application Portal as Product Instance.

Hi Pardha,

Compare your system landscape with PAM and get which browsers are supporting.

and can you please tell in which applications WD Java or ABAP apps you are facing the issues
