Dear Consultants,
Our client has workers who are paid on Hourly / Daily / Monthly basis.
1) May I know how to select the Model Wage types which work on H / D / M basis ?
2) Assume that we have three different Payroll Areas for these 3 categories. And separate Personnel & Pay scale Structures.
We wish to calculate & display in IT 0008 Annual Salary as :
A) For Hourly earner : If his hourly rate is Rs. 10 (Say recorded against a Wage type 1000 in IT 0008)
Hourly rate 10 X Annual Hours 2400 = Rs 24000/- (assume daily hrs = 8, weekly workdays = 6)
B) For Daily earner : If his Daily rate is Rs. 100 (Say recorded against a Wage type 1001 in IT 0008)
Daily rate 100 X Annual days 300 = Rs 30000/- (assume weekly workdays = 6)
C) For Monthly earner : If his Monthly rate is Rs. 1000 (Say recorded against a Wage type 1002 in IT 0008)
Monthly rate 1000 = Rs 12000/-
Thanks n regards

All three groups could share the same Payroll Accounting Area if they share the same Payroll Period and Pay Date.
For Model WTs, look in the IMG for the Payroll Node for your Country Code or in the Basic Salary sub-node of Human Resources.
Alternatively, table view V_T512T could provide you with some ideas.
As to the display of Annual Salary on IT0008, you would require custom ABAP programming to get the desired result.

Hi,
Do you running TE in the system ?
In IT 0008 we will maintain only for one month salary not for Annual salary. if you store 12000/- employee will get every month with WT- 1002 as 12,000/-.

Hi Praneeth,
Thanx for your reply..
In IT 0008 we maintain the wage rates i.e. Rs nn/- to be paid per Hour or Day or Month.
we expect the Annual Salary to be displayed by multiplying this rate with it's occurrences during the year. As such hourly rate would be multiplied by 8X6X50 = 2400. Daily rate by 300 & Monthly by 12.
we wish to see Annual Salary in IT 0008 not maintain..
Thanks n regards
Bindumadhav
