I can verify that the team is working hard on producing the list, and sometime late in September is a fair guess for when we will have the work finished.

By seeing last year results, this year topic leader results will be out on September 2014 third week or later. But end of the September, 2014 results will be published.

For year 2012-13,it was announced in sept'13. Maybe same this time.
