We have a percentage calculation in database but when i am getting these to IDT this is getting sum and showing incorrect values in Webi.
i am using BO 4.1 sp2

You have to be careful here.
Set the projection of your object to database delegated rather than sum or other and it should pull through correctly.
I have tried this option but getting below error
Database error: SAP DBTech JDBC: [7]: feature not supported: key figure can't be defined without aggregation. (IES 10901) (Error: INF )
its a Hana database
Interesting. Works fine on "normal" databases.
You may have no choice but to build your percentages at the report level thne.
Can you please check for Object's property in Universe, that is it set to Sum or some other function?
