"User is logged on using a FF ID" message when it has been many days since it was used by the user

Dear Gurus,

When logging in the system and using his FF ID provisioned using GRAC_SPMN tcode user gets message that "User XXX is logged on using XXX Firefighter ID"

But the user whom it states is using it ,has not used this for many months now.

We recently upgraded our system to SP15 for GRC 10. Not sure if this might be the caus eof the issue.

Please advise.

Hi Alessandro,

Thanks for such a quick response.

I went through the note and I see all the roles assigned to the FF ID are generated and I also ran EAM Sync job multiple times manually also. We have scheduled to run this job every 2 hours.

I did following steps so far

1. Ran EAM sync job

2. Killed the user session form GRC side and also ensure no FF ID that was reported is logged in.

3. Cleared cookies and browser sessions. Still did not resolve issue

4. Even tried to restart the machine and asked user to try.

5. Asked user to login to my machine and try using his ID. Still did not work.

6. Ensured all the derived roles assigned to FF ID is generated. Also checked the master roles.

7. Last one I see the role SAP_GRAC_SPM_FFID is assigned. Though the profile is generated I see the description is not maintained for this standard role and it reports that " There are No texts in language EN"
