WBS settlement to AuC

Hi guys

When I run CJ88 to settle WBS to AuC, the following error displayed:

Define a settlement cost element for receiver type FXA

    Message no. KD506

Diagnosis

    In allocation structure 88 (controlling area 9998), you did not define

    which cost element should be used when settling costs/revenues of the

    sender. Nor did you define receiver type FXA.

Procedure

    Assign a different allocation structure to the settlement sender (->

    Master data -> Settlement rule -> Goto -> Settlement parameters), or

    maintain allocation structure 88.

How should I specificly maitain allocation structure 88 to assign a cost element ?

Hi Kiki,

Go to OKO6 and select allocation structure 88 and select assignments and define receiver category & select check box cost element in the settlement cost elements node  for the assignment.

HI,

Are you using and of P & L account ? If yes please check as cost element might have been created with cost element category as 1 (Primary costs/cost-reducing revenues).
