Issue in accessing the hana from laptop

Hello Experts,

I am new to Hana . I have an cloud share account and trying to access the Hana studio from laptop. But I am getting the error "The system Can't be reached"

Help me in this and thanks in advance.

Did you use the external address instead of "hanacloud"? You can have a look at this doc

I tried that and getting the same error. As per the below post added the vanity URL but still facing issue.
