Overview of POWL Inbox in MSS - NWBC

Dear experts.

I have made the customizing settings as specified in below link.

However, I dont see the leave work-items in the POWL inbox.

I use the role /SAP_MANAGER_MSS_NWBC_2

in the maintenance view IBO_C_WF_TA_P_SC

Cross-Application Components -> Process and Tools for Enterprise Applications -> Inbox
-> Assign Task ID’s to POWL Types

Application: MANAGER_MSS_INBOX_2

Type: MANAGER_MSS_INBOX_WI

Workflow Task ID:     TS12300097

What is the posible cause ?

Here for POWL u have to deploy MSS ADD ON 1.0 and use as below :-

maintain the  WORKFLOW number in v_t554s_web for ur leaves types and change the visualisation parameters in the SWFVISU for the task TS2150003 as below :- 

APPLICATION    -------       HRESS_A_PTARQ_LEAVREQ_APPL

DYNPARAM  --------------       LRF_REQUEST_ID=${item.REQUESTID}

it will be like this  DYNPARAM WI_ID=${item.externalId} ...so change as above

and add the workflow number WS21500001  for ur leave types in V_T554S_WEB table ...there is no need to use old workflow number for ur leave types as ur using POWL use workflow  WS2150001 and check it again u will get leave requests in POWL

Also apart from using correct WF, You need to check if there are leave requests available for this manager to be approved you can check via rptarqapp or rptarqdbview

The WF work fine.

I have configured v_t554s_web with the wf.

I have tested the report rptarqapp

When I execute the workitem the system show open the screen of SAP and show the message

I am working with the option of deploy NWBC

I have several doubt:

- If  I use NWBC , I should use the transaction SWFVISU ?

- What is the cause of the message that appear?

- How I know the parameter that I Should use in the table IBO_C_WF_ACC and IBO_C_WF_APC.?

can u check in T-code SBWP once is ur requests coming over there

have you tried another query (leave approval)? or another view?
