Partial Assignment against a position

I was interested to know about this concept of partial assignment against a position in OM. Is it a dependable solution, if we have real scenarios and if it can be implemented in a real time environment, What would be the impacted areas of concern, if this approach is followed.

Yes this is a dependable one. Affected areas will be mainly on OM and Time Management

percentage of work not be loaded up
