Half day leave combination with other leave

hi

how can I combine half day leave with other full day leave option for deducting leaves from absence quota.

requirement :

From Date	To date	no of leave deduction
Friday Afternoon section leave	Monday first section leave	3 days leave (since saturday and sunday also need to considered because its weekend)

we are not able to have a absence counting rule, since system will remove the clock times once we enter half day time in/out and select more than 1 day with a information " The absence is for more than one day: Clock times will be removed".

kindly suggest.

do u have a check mark in the table T556C for all the weekdays and in condition for ateendence / absence also check mark it and try once

Unfortunately you cant combine half day with 2 full days leave but in new releases its possible, which release you are on? EHp6 or hr renewal

it doesn't work like that. First of all, offdays are not deducted (shouldn't be, you don't use vacation if you don't have to work).

The user can request a half day on friday and a half day on monday if needed
