Document cannot be generated; ADS server returned an SOAP error

Has anyone else been receving the following error:

"Document cannot be generated; ADS server returned an SOAP error"

Currently my accounting staff is having difficulty sending invoices, previewing invoices as well as previewing credit memos.  How can this be resolved?

Hi Andrew,

Please check settings in ADS server, you have authentication issue OR check print form here something required to authentication from ADS server.

OR

Please share exact error, so we will give solution better.

Hi Felix,

I did nothing to the print forms.

I checked the versions. They have been published a long time ago.

Anyway, now they are working fine again.

Have no idea what is the cause of the issue.
