wfdme_error ENV019:REVIEW_LOAD

Hi Experts,

Just installed 10.1 SP04, and getting back following error on E&A trace file (wfdme_error):

ENV019:

Cannot open REVIEW_LOAD.  It may already be open, or may not be available

to write upon.  There are other conditions which may cause this error

to occur.

Could anybody explain to me a little more about this error and how I can fix it.

The last line is trying to open the document REVIEW_LOAD in database TESTPBI and write a trace to it. My guess is the entire database TESTPBI is already in use or the EA user has not been set up with write access to it. Look at the connection (I think it might be TESTBI_MM and see what PAS user is linked to it. Look at the PAS user and ensure it has write access to TESTPBI.

Thank you clifford, issue resolved, the database was configured on a read-only base, changed it to update mode, and now its running properly.
