Not able to Cancel TO in LT15

Hi All,

I am trying to cancel TO in LT15. But I am getting below error. Any idea what is wrong here.

In LT24 for the TO,  Confiirmation status source/ dest for TO is showing as "picking is confirmed" and confrimation status subsystem is "Confirmation has not occured"

SU movement partially confirmed or cancelled, or cancellation sent

I think some items for this TO might have confirmed.

Could you just check the same and share the screen shot of LT21.

is cancellation allowed in ECC after sending the TO information to Subsystem. What is the document flow ?

Do you mean decentraliation !

it can be decentralized system, legacy WM or any WCU. In this thread Chetan is the right person who can suggest what system is he using as a subsystem and what is the document flow
