How to delete Cost Estimate ?

Hello Dear All Experts,

I have ran cost estimate from CK11N and saved too. Now we need to delete it, I gone through few threads staying use CK44. When I am going to CK44 it is asking for "Costing Run" which I don't have, cause I have run it through CK11N not CK40N.

How do I delete in this case ?

Experts guidance will be very helpful.

You can use CKR1 and select current cost estimate check box and execute it.

Thank you very much for reply.

I just found that cost estimate "Marked and Released" too. so I am trying for CKR1 for current Cost Estimate. In test mode I am getting blank log after execution. Why so ?

Is it that marked and released cost estimate can not be deleted ?

Hi,

Check the Material master costing 2 tab. Check Whether the price updated in current price tab or future price.

If the price is in current price go for Current cost estimate option in CKR1

If the price is in future price tab go for future price option in CKR1

As you said showing blank.

Just close the sap and Re login and run CKR1.

You can very well reorganise released standard cost. Check Co Code/plant, under control section select current std cost est. and remove test run tick. It should work for sure

If I can see in MM03, price is updated in "Current Tab". Considering this I am running CKR1 with current cost estimate.

I appreciate your quick reply. What do you mean by "Reorganize" cost estimate ? Does it simply mean it will make all price "0" and I can re-run the process simply from scratch ?

Secondly I am still on the same page, I am running in "Test Mode" CKR1 still same result log is blank unfortunately !

Any other check points where I might have went wrong ?

Yes you understood correctly.

But I said you to remove 'Test run' means it should be run in update mode. Secondly check (with Basis team) that you are fully authorised for this.

Hi,

It seems authorization issue. Please take a SU53 screen shot after executing t.code.CKR1 and send it to your BASIS team for provide authorization for the t.code.
