Portal/HCM : MSS - error message "No connection to provider possible"

Hello.

after upgrading our SAP HCM System to ECC 6.0 EhP 7 and applying SPS12

to our SAP Enterprise Portal we have problems with the Manager Self Services (MSS).

After calling MSS we see a yellow (warning) message saying "No connection to provider possible".

I attached a screenshot. Sorry that the picture shows a german portal screen.

Do have an idea why the message occurs and where the root cause maybe located ?

How can i fix this issue ? Are there any logs ?

Hello.

i analyzed that there is an error with a WebFlow-Connector.

Do you know where to configure this ?

Hi Sebastian,

You need to configure UWL WebFlowConnector in the Portal.

Please refer to the below link which describes the process of Registering the Provider Systems in SAP Portal:

Hi Sebastian,

  Please create the RFC destination in the NWA to work UWL properly.

You have to create the destination with the name WebFlowConnector say for example you have create xyz destination which connects to the backend, then you need to created xyz$WebFlowConnector in the NWA.

Please let me know if you have any doubt......\
