CDB - which stands for Consolidated Database, is a database that contains data relevant for replication for Mobile scenarios.
It is used only for secnarios that use the CRM Mobile sales scenario. Any data relevant for the mobile scenario is written to the CDB which in turn can be accessed via the mobile scenario.
