Delivery_Publish BADI not working for Vl10

I am using BADI - DELIVERY_PUBLISH for a requirement where i m updating the header text of the delivery.
However, this is working for
VL10B, VL10D, VL10F, VL10G, VL10H, VL10i
However its not working for VL10
Please suggest

Did you read information of note 787285 - DELIVERY_PUBLISH BAdI: no parameters and no documentation
